CHAPTER 1: the beginning (warning:LONG STORY)

hello readers, im just want to share a friend's story (really my friend's story..LOL) for i find my friend's story quite interesting...

lets start from the very beginning of this crazy tale.


lets call my friend, Dante.
well dante is your typical and average type of guy. he's NOT that handsome, but still compensate with his "charms", which i could truly say, because he could easily talk to any girl or guy. (talking easily to my crush, damn you master. LOL) But even though Dante is this type of guy, after 20 years of existence in this world, my friend is still SINGLE AND READY TO MINGLE. Lol

ive seen him work his stuff with many “girls” friends, but also notice when he is seriously liking a certain girl. Like the one I introduced to him during our P.E. class, he will have the habit of texting, then calling, and then asking her out for lunch. I’ve seen Him doing this only three times, from the whole time I’ve known him in college. And each and every one of these girls turns him down. No wonder my friend became so emo~ hahaha, although not formally, but still their answers were NO.
(The story of the 3 other girls will be ANOTHER STORY to tell)

So during our third year of college, the start of our second semester, as dante was going to the classroom, some of his friends from a different college stop him and asked him some questions. Dante being a good friend entertained them and found out that one of them had a crush to one of dante’s classmate. Dante has no issue being a bridge, but for some weird reason, he didn’t like the mix because that guy was a BIG PLAYER and had a rude attitude, but still dante told his friends that he’ll find a way of them meeting up.

Dante’s friends from the other college, introduce the friend who had a huge crush to dante’s classmate, lets call her Sophie. At first, dante even forgot her name (DANTE WHAT A LAME MOVE TO DO! Dante: I know, im sorry, I easily forget their names but never their face) but eventually had a second chance of knowing it.

Sophie is more that a typical type of girl, but less that an “perfection” type of girl, but still dante described her, and I quote “someone way out of my league, why the hell would she like someone like me” (this was also what dante said to the 3 girls…LOL).

During one afternoon, while dante was looking for the friend of sophie, but her reply was that she’s hasn’t seen her friend yet, so out nowhere, dante asked sophie’s number, unknowingly doing his first moves. Time flew; dante had the chance of getting to know sophie even more, and occasionally tell the truth about her crush; the worst kind, and before soon dante was calling sophie, and even vise versa, that lasted till mid morning, dante’s second move.

Although dante admitted that he was just looking for some one to talk to, and sophie was just a good friend, because during this time he was “dating” someone in another school (I myself don’t like this girl…I guaranty you, worst kind, I don’t know why dante is going out with her…this girl is stalking you, Dante: hey im just hanging out with her, nothing more, and dude, you know my standards right?. LOL) and before soon, dante, still unknowingly, asked her out for lunch, although with her friends, but still with her, his 3rd and final move.

Danta and sophie spend a lot of time together in the school campus, both saying “we’re just good friends” (right) but everything changed in a short time of period, first was when sophie showed up randomly in front of dante’s classroom and gave him a dessert from a famous coffee shop having a green icon. And the second was when sophie asked dante to go down from his class.

Dante thought sophie was really looking for him, and wanted to hangout, but only to find out that sophie wanted to tell him about seeing her crush, and for some weird reason dante walkout from her. This is something that dante would do, is he falling for her?
And later that night, dante was looking for sophie, but her friend told him that she went home already, and asked him “do you guys have a problem? Sophie seemed worried that you walked out on her, worried that she made a mistake” this made dante happy. is someone, for once, starting to like me too?

As time goes by, dante was falling for sophie, but was too afraid to tell her, because of the fear of being rejected again. Plus knowing sophie status, she is a pure one, and the type of pure one’s that says no-no to suitors that aren’t like them. “pure one” (if you don’t get this part, then look for a tradition like this) this made the situation even more worst him. Although sophie was give signs that she like dante, like washing his small bag toy, giving small baked foods, sometimes making the first move of texting “hi, whats up”
Eventually dante’s heart was screaming one name: sophie.

All hell broke loose during one class trip, our class had a drinking session, and every one got tips, even drunk. Dante was quite tipsy that night, but still in the right mind, so he decided to call sophie to just have a simply talk, but the that simple talk change everything. Dante told sohpie everything. “Sophie, thank you for everything, you were there when I was so emo, and really made me happy. im really glad I met you, but I have to tell you something, this is not because im tipsy, but this is what I really feel towards you” this made sophie quiet, but dante continue “I really like you, so much that im falling for you, im starting to love you…” dead air. “I like you to dante”

As soon dante and sophie saw each other again after the trip, love was in the air, hugs were everywhere…and on the first of a shorter month, dante proposed properly to sophie say this words “sophie, I m willing to take all the chance, im aware of our situation, both parents are against our relationship, both saying no to us. But against all odds, I will fight for what I know is right, fight what my heart is saying..i hope your will to take this risk too.Sorry if I just wrote this speech in a piece of paper, im quite nervous doing this, because it’s my first time…I want to it official, sophie, could you be the one I could love? Could you be mine?” “of course, Im yours to keep, just promise to take good care of my heart” “I promise <3”
